  • Can I change my subscription plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect with your next billing cycle. Contact our customer service team or manage your subscription through your online account.

  • What if I need to pause my subscription?

    You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months for vacations or other reasons. Simply log into your account or call our customer service team at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

  • Are there any setup fees or contracts?

    No setup fees and no long-term contracts required. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Water cooler rental is included in all plans at no extra cost.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and automatic monthly billing. Business accounts can also use invoice billing with net 30 terms after credit approval.

  • What happens if I miss a delivery?

    We will attempt to reschedule your delivery within 24-48 hours at no extra charge. Our drivers will leave a note if you are not available. You can also reschedule deliveries through your online account.
